Study Task 3 - Antagonist Design 1

I got the idea for the antagonist by brainstorming as many facial features as I could under timed conditions.

I collected the features that best fit together and this led to the first design.

This technique didn't work for the protagonist, so I'll redesign this later.

Afterwards, I drew similar designs and picked my favourite to carry forward in T-pose and profile.

Character profile and T-pose gave him depth and personality.

What Went Well
  • Feral, unsymmetrical appearance has appeal
  • One arm makes him unique
Improvements
  • Unsuccessful protagonist design
  • T-pose requires adjusting
Coming Week
  • Re-design protagonist
